About me
I obtained a Physiotherapy degree from Greece, and I have a postgraduate diploma in orthopedic manual therapy. I also have a diploma in clinical pilates and in myofascial pain syndrome and dry needling. In addition, I have excellent knowledge in managing pain during pregnancy or post pregnancy as I'm qualified in women's health condition and pelvic girdle pain. I have also started further education and I'm currently doing my MSc in Sport Rehabilitation.
My combined skills within the field of musculoskeletal speciality are a comprehensive clinical assessment and care to my patients.
I incorporates the Pilates training into my clinical practice and is very specific about addressing underlying instability and muscle dysfunction in treating my patients.
My caring nature coupled with detailed clinical knowledge on assessment and focussed approach on exercises physiotherapy treatment methodology is well liked by my patients.
My physiotherapy and post graduate training have given me the knowledgebase, and I enjoy preventing injuries or treating patients to achieve the best outcome whether it be a sports pathology, or other musculoskeletal injuries. For each case I take a holistic approach to achieve optimal management and care, all with the aim of meeting my patient’s goals.
